Site Reliability Engineer

At Cardiologs, our mission is to make tomorrow’s medical diagnosis efficient and accessible to everyone, anywhere, anytime. We leverage machine learning (AI) and cloud computing technologies to fulfill this vision. Our first product is a SaaS application to help physicians diagnose cardiac diseases, already deployed worldwide.

What you’ll do


We are looking for our first proactive and experienced Site Reliability Engineer who will take ownership for reliability and automation of the Cardiologs’ infrastructure and products.


Our stack includes Microsoft Azure, Docker, Docker Swarm, PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx, Python, Ruby on Rails, Jenkins, Datadog.


As a SRE, you’ll be in charge of deploying, automating, maintaining and managing our production environment, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of our SaaS interface.


Also, you will:

  • Adapt regional infrastructures to meet local health data regulatory requirements
  • Build and improve our monitoring and alerting systems
  • Figure out what is going to break and fix it before it does
  • Maintain our continuous integration system
  • Perform load tests
  • Automate as much as humanly possible


Who you are


  • You have a strong experience building high scale infrastructure on a cloud computing provider (Azure, AWS, …).
  • You have experience using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, …).
  • You already worked and architect RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL, …).
  • You have experience of CI tools (Jenkins, ...).
  • You have good coding skills and scripting language knowledge.
  • You have a very good understanding of web apps and server security.


Bonus:

=> You have previous experience and/or strong interest in developing healthcare products.

=> You already worked in a startup environment.
