Marketing Manager

Cardiologs is a medical technology company committed to transforming cardiac diagnostics by utilising medical-grade artificial intelligence and cloud technology.  Our mission is to make expert medical diagnosis efficient and accessible to everyone, anywhere, anytime.


Our software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering blends the rigour of clinical grade medical products with the scalability and ease-of-use of cutting edge web and cloud technologies.  Having received FDA clearance and CE Mark, our products are in active clinical use across four continents, with a rapidly increasing customer base and utilisation.


As we are ramping up our commercial efforts, we are looking for a marketing leader to help define the marketing function at Cardiologs, define and execute the roadmap that will fuel our future growth, and strengthen the relationships with existing and potential future customers.  


What you will do


  • Define and own the execution of the annual marketing plan
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the market and customer needs, providing input into product and technology development as well as commercial priorities
  • Collaborate with the broader commercial organisation to develop messaging, materials, activities and programs to gain new customers, ensure their successful on-boarding and continued success, and growing engagement with the platform
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by identifying and analysing new markets and opportunities
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new products, new geographies, and new market segments
  • Support Customer Success activities and ensure compliance with Quality processes and guidelines


Who you are


  • 5-9 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and/or consulting, of which at least 3 years in a customer-facing role
  • Undergraduate degree, healthcare/engineering preferred, MBA a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment, with a clear understanding of the role of marketing in an organisation
  • Experience working in a global business context and international environment
  • Strong communication skills, proven ability to effectively manage customer relationships  
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French, other languages a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment a strong plus
